By creating an account on Manusight, you agree to use the platform solely for legitimate academic publishing activities. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your credentials confidential. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to upload, transmit, or share any content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable laws, or misrepresents your identity or institutional affiliation. Manusight reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms without prior notice.
All manuscripts submitted through this system are subject to editorial review. Submission does not guarantee publication. Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted work has not been published elsewhere and does not contain plagiarized content.
Authors retain copyright over their work unless a publishing agreement states otherwise. By submitting, you grant Manusight a non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your manuscript during the review process.
Manusight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The platform shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or error arising from system downtime, data loss, or third-party service failures. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email address.

Manusight collects personal information including your full name, institutional email address, and organizational affiliation solely for the purpose of managing your account and manuscript submissions. We may also collect usage data to improve the platform experience.
Your data is used exclusively for account management, manuscript workflow processing, editorial communications, and platform improvement. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized system administrators and editorial staff. We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and role-based access controls to protect your information against unauthorized access or disclosure.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as required by applicable law. Upon request, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, subject to any legal hold obligations.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the system administrator. You may also object to processing or request data portability where technically feasible.
We reserve the right to update this policy and will notify users of material changes via the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
